Order Cancellation
Same-day orders can't be canceled once processed. Subscription orders need 24 hours notice.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancellations can be done via account or support. Prepaid amounts are refunded if eligible.

Refunds are only for spoiled/damaged or incorrect orders. No refunds for opened or partially consumed meals.
Refund Timeline
